Derek Addy is the lead instructor and founding educator at Phoenix Solution Systems. With credentials as a National Registered Paramedic (NRP), a Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Services Instructor (PAEMSI), and American Heart Association Faculty, he brings deep clinical and instructional expertise to every class.
Derek teaches across the full spectrum of EMS education — from initial certification through advanced resuscitation and trauma care. His courses are built on real-world field experience and a commitment to elevating the profession one provider at a time.
